Ticketing Interface

Challenge:

Create a mobile interface for users who are ready to buy tickets to easily search dates and find pricing and seating info per show.

Solution:

Users can easily scroll through a list view of monthly shows, starting on today’s date, or advance to future months by tapping the calendar icon or previous/next swipe or tap. Show dates are tapped to reveal seating and pricing information.

Not Ready to Buy Form

Challenge:

Researched showed many mobile users are browsing show dates on mobile but not converting to purchase. The goal was to create a method for users who are not ready to buy tickets to set an email reminder about show dates they are interested in so they don’t miss their opportunity to buy and to help facilitate purchase.

Solution:

Users are prompted with a “Not Ready to Buy” button which reveals a form allowing them to select show dates they are interested in being reminded about. Users can select their preferred date range, which sends an email reminder with that date range’s show availability and pricing options.
